INTEGRATIONS
API stands for Application Programming Interface. It allows two isolated software applications to securely communicate, sharing only the necessary data fields.
The API integration between our partners and KPR is seamless. Updates made in one system are automatically reflected in the other, reducing manual data entry and ensuring that both platforms are always up to date.
Key Benefits of Integration
Instant updates
Any updates made (e.g., payment details, tenant information) are instantly synchronized with KPR. This eliminates the need for manual updates in both systems.
Reduced Data Entry
Information is automatically sent to KPR. This cuts the time spent on data input in half, reducing the risk of errors and streamlining your workflow.
One-Way Sync option
The integration operates on a one-way synchronization to KPR, which means that updates made are reflected in KPR, but changes in KPR do not sync back.
Two-Way Data Sync option
This integration supports two-way synchronization, ensuring data can flow seamlessly in both directions.
Our Partners

FixFlo > KPR – FixFlo can generate their own issue report PDFs to us for our clients to view in the issue manager.
KPR > FixFlo
– We send issues out to FixFlo that have been generated in our inspection reports.

AgentOS > KPR – Any updates made in AgentOS are instantly synchronised with KPR. This eliminates the need for manual updates in both systems.
KPR > AgentOS – synchronisation includes property address information, tenancy information, tenant details, and landlord details.

KPR > Reapit
– Reapit PDF reports, once approved, can be sent on our system. These get uploaded to the Reapit property, documents section.
The KPR system can send appointments from the KPR diary straight into Reapit.
Reapit > KPR
– Property address information, Tenant/Tenancy information, Landlord details

KPR > SME – We send out maintenance issues to SME, this is done via our issue manager.
SME > KPR – We pull in from SME:
· Property address information
· Tenant/Tenancy information.

PayProp > KPR – Updates flow only from PayProp to KPR. Changes made in KPR will not update PayProp.
KPR > PayProp
– synchronisation includes property address information only.

Apex27 (via GlueDog)
This is only pulling in data to KPR, we fetch the following:
Property address information, Tenant/Tenancy information, Landlord details.

This two-way integration creates real-time data flow between KPR and Alto eliminates duplication, reduces errors, and enhances data accuracy—saving time and improving operational efficiency.
