Q. Is my account safe and secure?
A. Yes, your data is kept in a secure cloud server based in the UK which is backed up regularly. Data is transmitted over a secure SSL encrypted network

Q. Do you offer a free trial?
A. We don’t operate a free trial, however we offer a full 30 day money back guarantee. If you aren’t happy within the 30 days we will refund your monthly subscription.

Q. Can I cancel at any time?
A. It’s not nice to lose a client, but if you do decide that Willis isn’t for you all we ask is 30 days’ notice form your payment date. Your account manager can provide these.

Q. What happens to my data after I cancel?
A. Your data is kept on our server for a period of 60 days after the date that your account is closed. A popular option is to pay for a read only subscription which will give you access to your reports only.

Q. What Hardware do we need?
A. Our software has been designed to run on android or apple devices, all we ask is that you have an up-to date device running the latest available OS version.

Q. What types of reports can I produce?
A. You can produce all the reports that you will need to manage your properties. Starting from the inventory, Check-in report, Midterm visit and Check-out report. You can also conduct Health and Safety reports such as Legionella, HHSRS, Habitation Checklist and Fire Risk Assessment.

Q. Do you offer additional training and support
A. Once your account is up and running you will be given onboarding training by your account/onboarding manager, additional training outside of this is chargeable. We take client support very seriously at KPR and our support team are available to all KPR clients. If you prefer to fault find the answer yourself, you will have access to our knowledge centre where you will find articles and videos covering the KPR system. We also host regular webinars for clients to join.
